Senior Mental Health Lead (SMHL) Foundation Training

Enhance your leadership impact with our two-day Foundation Level SMHL Training, designed to empower school leaders to drive meaningful, whole-school mental health change. This training equips you with the knowledge, practical tools, and confidence to lead a positive mental health culture and foster a resilient school community. Training also includes complimentary access to our SMHL Network for ongoing support, resources, and peer collaboration.





Senior Mental Health Lead (SMHL) LITE Training

Our experience tells us that schools that have at least two people trained in the leadership of Mental Health make more progress in this area and have increased sustainability. This one-day training enables you to upskill additional staff in the principles of whole-school mental health and wellbeing. Training also includes complimentary access to our SMHL Network for ongoing support, resources, and peer collaboration.





Bereavement & Loss Training

This online workshop explores how schools can best support young people and staff dealing with bereavement and loss and come away with increased confidence for yourself and practical strategies to take away's.
