The need to support pupils; social, emotional and mental health has increased significantly in recent years, creating new challenges for schools and education settings. At BEP, our SEND and Mental Health professionals provide expert support to help leaders evaluate and strengthen their approach to SEMH provision.
In a time of increasing financial pressures, education settings are having to think differently about how best to meet the needs of children and young people with SEND. Our Comprehensive SEND Review provides an opportunity to gain a fresh, independent perspective from experienced SEND and School Improvement Leaders.
The SENDCo role is both rewarding and complex, requiring leaders to balance strategic responsibilities, operational demands and the needs of pupils, families and staff. Professional supervision provides a dedicated space for reflection, support and professional growth, helping SENDCos navigate challenges with confidence and clarity.
