Staff Wellbeing Training

Delivered by BEP’s expert Mental Health and Wellbeing Team.
This 2.5-hour workshop offers a supportive space for those in school with responsibility for or an interest in staff wellbeing to reflect, connect, and explore practical approaches. Designed with the realities of schools in mind, it focuses on realistic strategies to support and sustain staff wellbeing.

The workshop will explore what effective staff wellbeing looks like in the context of schools, offering space to reflect on current practices and share experiences with others in similar roles. Through a mix of guided discussion, practical tools, and real-world examples, participants will consider how to embed wellbeing into everyday school life in a meaningful and sustainable way. The session will also look at common challenges and how to navigate them. Attendees will leave with greater clarity about their role, increased confidence to lead on wellbeing, and strategies and ideas they can adapt to their own school context.
