Our fourth WalkThrus Development Day in Birmingham is designed for schools who are already using WalkThrus strategies to develop teaching and learning practices, and who are ready to deleve into the forensics of coaching in order to empower leaders to run effective coaching and training cycles. This hands-on session will offer invaluable insights into instructional coaching using WalkThrus.
What You’ll Learn:
- An overview of the WalkThrus approach to Instructional Coaching: understand the core concepts
- How to implement and run training cycles: understand the core rationale for running training, with an emphasis and training and modelling
- Seeing Coaching in practice: Using a live demonstration of a coaching conversation to better understand how to give feedback and support

Senior leaders, with responsibility for Teaching & Learning. This event is designed for experienced users of WalkThus. You’ll leave with actionable strategies to improve your implementation of insutrctional coaching to support your appraoch to using WalkThrus.
