Safeguarding and child protection work is demanding and emotionally challenging and supervision provides a structure within which staff can be supported, challenged and developed. Supervision promotes the wellbeing and emotional welfare of staff, improves decision-making and, ultimately, ensures that professionals are working in the best interests of the child at all times.
Why choose BEP?
