Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) Supervision

BEP will provide an impartial, experienced and fully trained investigator to carry out a workplace investigation on your behalf. Your investigator will work with you to plan and conduct an impartial and fair investigation thoroughly and sensitively and report to you at its conclusion, allowing you to take appropriate actions with confidence.

This review offers a focused, expert-led evaluation of your provision, combining in-depth pre-review analysis, a day in school, and a detailed post-review report to support your SEF and drive improvement. Delivered collaboratively, with the flexibility that schools value and the option of follow-up support.
