With the full recruitment package, you will be allocated an experienced educational professional who will support you through the different stages of the process:
Pre-Advertising Stage:
- Planning meeting with Chair and Recruitment Panel to scope and advise on the leadership role, Job Description, Person Specification, needs of the school and pay
- Advise on recruitment campaign strategy, supporting the preparation of all resources for advertising
Leading up to Interview Stage:
- Attend and support shortlisting process, providing constructive advice and guidance as necessary
- Meet with Recruitment Panel to design the structure of the Interview Day(s), offering preparation of resources for activities and tasks
- Liaise with key school personnel to ensure smooth facilitation of shortlisting and interview arrangements
Interview and Post Interview Stage:
- Active participation in deliberations and provision of advice throughout decision-making process
- Support in providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates, if required
- Active guidance to successful candidate, including offer of new Head Teacher Mentoring
