Our approach goes beyond traditional content-based learning. Through concrete examples and scenario-based problem-solving, participants will gain practical tools and strategies. The core of our programme focuses on the question: "Who am I?" This reflective inquiry lays the foundation for long, rewarding, and impactful careers.
Programme Structure:
The course takes place over 7 sessions across 3 academic terms (one academic year). There is an introduction/launch Session, 4 interactive modules and 2 review sessions.
Modules:
- The Conversation is the Relationship: Enhancing communication skills to build strong relationships.
- Culture by Intentional Design: Understanding and shaping school culture with purpose.
- Adversity in Leadership: Developing resilience and agility in facing challenges.
- Authentic Leadership (Who am I?): Exploring personal identity and leadership style.
By the end of the programme, participants will be equipped to:
- Navigate the modern challenges of headship with agility.
- Demonstrate resilience in the face of adversity.
- Lead dynamically and effectively.
- Foster meaningful relationships and a positive school culture.
