Inclusion Conference Series | Representation, Belonging and Wellbeing

The lived experience of children, young people and staff | Fostering cultures where every individual feels seen, heard and valued.

What does it take for children, young people and staff to truly thrive?

As schools continue to respond to increasingly complex needs, there is growing recognition that wellbeing, belonging and representation are not separate priorities, they are fundamental to creating environments in which people can flourish.

This one-day conference explores how schools can foster cultures where every individual feels seen, heard and valued. Bringing together leading voices from education, research and practice, the conference will examine the evidence behind belonging, the importance of representation and identity, and the role of wellbeing in supporting engagement, achievement and positive life chances.

Through a combination of keynote presentations, lived experiences and practical examples from schools, delegates will gain fresh insights into creating cultures that support both pupil and staff flourishing. Attendees will leave with evidence-informed strategies, new perspectives and a renewed focus on what it means to build a school community where everyone can thrive.

Designed for school leaders, SENDCOs, pastoral and wellbeing leads, inclusion professionals and educators at all levels, this conference offers an opportunity to engage with one of the most important conversations facing education today.
