Raising the aspirations of pupils and their families through careers development programme ‘RISE’ - Raising Inspiration for Successful Employment.
This session is led by Jaime Bryan, Head of School at Lift Four Dwellings Primary.
At Lift Four Dwellings Primary they aim to raise the aspirations of their pupils and their families through our careers development programme ‘RISE’ - Raising Inspiration for Successful Employment. They foster an environment that inspires and empowers pupils to explore their potential, setting ambitious goals and developing the skills necessary for a successful and fulfilling future. They aim to challenge stereotypes in career choices and aspirations as this is vital to promoting diversity and breaking down barriers in the professional world. They encourage individuals to pursue their aspirations without limitations. Through their RISE programme, they utilise the curriculum, engage the community and create contacts to set the stage for the future where pupils and families are motivated, well-prepared and equipped to pursue their passions and contribute meaningfully to society.
