BEP’s coaching offer provides high-impact, personalised support for leaders at all stages of their career. Through 1:1, group and team coaching, we help individuals and leadership teams to build confidence, clarity and capacity—enhancing wellbeing and strategic effectiveness.
What to Expect:
Delivered by experienced and accredited coaches, this flexible offer supports schools to build leadership resilience, develop reflective practice and strengthen team dynamics. Coaching is delivered virtually or in-school and commissioned in blocks of sessions to enable sustained support and impact.
Themes and Focus Areas:
Coaching packages are bespoke, but common themes include:
- Managing overwhelm and building emotional resilience
- Developing confident delegation and strategic prioritisation
- Navigating difficult conversations and creating professional boundaries
- Exploring career aspirations, including preparation for headship
- Strengthening team cohesion and aligning leadership with school priorities
- Supporting transitional phases such as parental leave, retirement, or promotion

We work collaboratively with schools to match the right coach to the context and ensure the coaching adds real value.

Headteachers, Senior and Middle leaders, Governors and Wider Leadership Teams.
Options available for:
- 1:1 coaching for individuals
- Team coaching to build shared understanding and purpose
- Group coaching for leaders and or governing boards
- Themed coaching (e.g. for aspiring leaders, returners, or those approaching retirement)
Cost:
£1250 for 6 1:1 sessions | £2000 for 4 sessions of group coaching
