BEP’s coaching offer provides high-impact, personalised support for leaders at all stages of their career. Through 1:1, group and team coaching, we help individuals and leadership teams to build confidence, clarity and capacity—enhancing wellbeing and strategic effectiveness.

What to Expect:
Delivered by experienced and accredited coaches, this flexible offer supports schools to build leadership resilience, develop reflective practice and strengthen team dynamics. Coaching is delivered virtually or in-school and commissioned in blocks of sessions to enable sustained support and impact.

Who is this for?
Headteachers, Senior and Middle leaders, Governors and Wider Leadership Teams.

Options available for:
- 1:1 coaching for individuals
- Team coaching to build shared understanding and purpose
- Group coaching for leaders and or governing boards
- Themed coaching (e.g. for aspiring leaders, returners, or those approaching retirement)

Cost:
£1250 for 6 1:1 sessions | £2000 for 4 sessions of group coaching

Leadership Resilience | The Grounded Leader

This reflective development session is designed for thoughtful, committed leaders who want to better understand the psychological patterns that can influence leadership practice.
