The University of the First Age (UFA) network unlocks the potential of young people. They raise aspirations across schools, homes and communities by creating transformational learning experiences.
They inspire and equip young people and the adults that support them to become confident individuals, successful learners and responsible leaders.
The UFA explores imaginative approaches to training in order to engage teachers and other professionals, parents, carers, community organisations and businesses in transforming their own learning practice. From this training they create learning teams often made up of adults and young people working together.
