Good Morning Everyone,

I trust you had a good weekend.  Thank you so much to the almost 200 of you who have given feedback through our annual survey.  We are going to try and reach 220 before we close the ‘window’. Your time is very much appreciated.

At our conference some of you attended a workshop to give you a ‘taste’ of Leverage Leadership.  Given the response to this, in partnership with Ark Teaching School, we are delighted to offer a three day programme of Leverage Leadership training for Primary and Secondary senior leaders over the autumn and beginning of the spring term.  This is then followed up by the opportunity for 10 of the senior leaders to participate in an intensive, hands-on coaching and development programme in the implementation of the levers of the Leverage Leadership approach.  The full programme is delivered by Mark Gregory, Regional Director for Secondary Education at Ark Schools, and a platinum member of the Leverage Leadership Institute. As a Platinum Faculty Member, Mark will refer alumni of the Leverage Leadership coaching and development Programme to the Leverage Leadership Institute for Cohort 7, subject to meeting their qualifying criteria.  We are really excited to be able to offer this high-quality programme at a hugely reduced cost.  For more details, see the following link, where you can also book your places. https://cutt.ly/Leverage-Leadership

Primary colleagues – last week Ofsted published guidance for the new Primary Inspection Data Summary Report (IDSR) which can be found here

This explains how the new IDSR has been constructed. A prototype of the new primary IDSR was published in September.
