  • Headroom Series – for new Headteachers

    There is currently very little emotional or supervisory support available to explore the emotional impact that goes with leading a school system. Schools are so very much driven by a task and performance approach with frequent change. This can lead to ‘repetitive change injury’ which is evidenced by teacher and leader stress.

    We are inviting those who are new to Headship a closed group led by our Mental Health Lead, Psychotherapist and Supervisor Anna Robinson. The series includes 5 sessions that are intended to help you become a more emotionally informed leader and help you to embrace more about people and relationships
